The common design was an antique temple made of the words EUROPA and CEPT. The designers were Luigi Gashara and Giorgio Belli (1935–1996) of Italy. Again, Liechtenstein’s design is slightly different. Most stamps were issued on 28 April. Returning countries were Austria, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain and Norway, and Yugoslavia and Vatican produced their first issues. Great Britain has the CEPT logo on their stamp.
