The theme was monuments. Jersey issued stamps for the first time, and the Netherlands issued stamps again. Most countries used the logo, only four countries (Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland) used the four CEPT letters instead. Most stamps were issued on 2 May.
