1984 Europa – CEPT 25th Anniversary

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of CEPT, a common design was used again, the first time since 1974. The common design was a bridge designed by French engraver Jacky Larrivière (born 1946). Gibraltar used its own design. Most stamps issued in late April or early May.
