1987 Europa

1987 Europa

The theme was modern architecture. Only two countries (Gibraltar and Iceland) used the four CEPT letters instead of the official logo. Austria had also the Europalia logo on their stamp as they were the invited country that year. (Europalia is a Brussels-based, international biennial arts festival that highlights the cultural heritage and art scene of one invited country.) Most stamps were issued in late April or in May.
