The Central American Games (Juegos Deportivos Centroamericanos) are a multi-sport regional championships event, held every four years, typically in the first year after Summer Olympics. The Games are open for member federations of the Central American Sports Organization (Organización Deportiva Centroamericana, ORDECA) in the Central American countries of Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama.
