The theme was Post Offices buildings. Hungary became a CEPT member that year but too late to issue official Europa stamps. They issued two stamps anyway with the “Post Offices” theme but without the CEPT logo. Only two countries (Gibraltar and Iceland) used the four CEPT letters instead of the official logo. Most stamps were issued in late April or in May.
