Europa 1991

Europa 1991

The Berlin Wall has fallen, and former Communist countries are becoming members of the CEPT. The common theme was European aerospace and the first year that five countries, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Poland, and Romania, took part at the Europa stamps issue. (The first new countries since 1981.)

Three countries (Gibraltar, Greece, and Iceland) used the four CEPT letters instead of the official logo.
