Like all stamp collectors, over the years I have random, small but complete sets of stamps from a single country. At the time, I mounted them in my “random” binder, but there are some nice, interesting sets in there, and I decided its time to sort them out and remount, adding a bit of detail where possible. Here are a few I started with:
- 1939 – Centenary of the Learned Estonian Society: https://dicksstamps.online/collections/1938-learned-estonian-society-centenary/
- 1939 – King George VI pictorial definitives from the Gilbert & Ellice Islands (now Kiribati and Tuvalu): https://dicksstamps.online/collections/1939-gilbert-ellice-islands/
- 1959 – 500th anniversary of Bucharest: https://dicksstamps.online/collections/1959-bucharest-500th-anniversary/
- 1959 – 150th anniversary of the death of Joseph Haydn and 200th anniversary of the birth of Friedrich Schiller: https://dicksstamps.online/collections/1959-haydn-schiller/
More to come!
